About Event

On 2 December 2020, SPAR Colleagues and suppliers will meet for the 23rd time at the SPAR International Partnership Forum to share our key strategic developments with an emphasis on Buying Better Together. The event is an ideal opportunity to connect at a senior level to maximise resources and support for the development of SPAR internationally

This year, the Partnership Forum will be held via an interactive, visually rich virtual platform that will enable delegates to engage with each other in real time using both audio and video chat functions. Through the online platform, delegates will be able to explore different virtual areas – allowing them to view presentations, interact with exhibitors and network with other delegates.

  • Lobby - Upon arrival, visitors will be checked into the Event lobby – from here they will be able to navigate to their preferred area
  • Auditorium – Where delegates can view the presentation sessions of the conference
  • Exhibition Hall – Delegates will be able to view customised supplier display booths and interact with suppliers via the video and audio chat functions
  • Lounge – At any stage during the conference, delegates will be able to check in to the networking lounge to connect and chat with fellow delegates
  • Info Desk – Delegates will be able to post questions and ask for assistance
  • Resource Centre – All relevant documents related to the conference will be available here for download

No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate. All you need is internet connection, a working internet browser, a microphone and webcam if you wish to engage in video calls with any of the other event participants or suppliers. You can access the event via a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

The event will be live from 9:30 until 16:30 CET pm on Wednesday 2 December 2020. You will be able to log in to the event from 8:30 to allow you time to explore the site in advance of the first presentation at 9:30. The expo will open at 11:00.
